It's been a year? Already?

I'm sitting here, January 11th, wondering where the year went.  I resolved to clean off that drawing board last year and it seems that was a far bigger task than I was ready to undertake.  Add to that a hectic summer job that took up everyday, well, I didn't get nearly as much done as I would have liked.  That's okay.  I made progress, and that's better than nothing.

The latest painting to make it off the "drawing board" is of my friend Hailey.  I call this one "Sugar & Spice"
